Blue Eagle is our primary source for investigative services. We rely on them to respond to last-minute requests, appreciate the timeliness and detail of their reports and the easy access to video, which can readily be shared with our physicians, coordinators and legal counsel. In addition to routine communication, their investigators can be relied upon to reach out to us on evenings, weekends and holidays, per our instructions for information updates and additional authorization. They are a great team of friendly people.
